About the Role
In this high-profile and influential role, you will head up and develop our civil engineering team in Ireland. While working to a clearly defined set of targets and objectives, you will have the freedom and opportunity to really shape the future growth of this already successful business. We will look to you to give expert direction and implement best practice across the whole spectrum of business-critical issues – including performance management, finance and recruitment plus marketing and business development. Throughout your activities, you will help to build our reputation for innovation, quality and great client relationships.

About You
A chartered member of a relevant professional body, you will combine the technical understanding and leadership skills to unlock the full potential of our business. Good market and competitor knowledge is essential, as is experience of working with both public and private-sector clients. We will also expect you to have a good understanding of management systems and processes and be confident in their application.
