
Projects Surveyor-Property and Facilities Management
The post holder is directly responsible to the Programme Manager (Projects & Technical Resources).
To provide a professional and technical Building Surveying, Design and Management service within a multi-discipline team, in respect of all building and site related issues including survey, feasibility, design, management and control of the whole building procurement process. This is for properties owned or leased by the County Council and other Public Sector Organisations.
To provide a direct contact point on all building related matters for Client departments and property users); assisting the Programme Manager in the delivery of all relevant management tasks..
Provides a professional design and project management service for a variety of new build and refurbishment projects normally in the range of £30,000.00 to £250,000.00, although occasionally projects will be outside these constraints.
