Lessons in dispute resolution

The Institution of Civil Engineers is tackling the ongoing issues of dispute resolution with a one day workshop for construction and engineering projects.

It has recommended the event to its wide network of experienced professionals, and beyond the Institution to those wanting to enter the field. The workshop will examine conflicts of interest, adjudication, strategies for cross-examining of expert witnesses and best practice in resolving disputes.
