Our client is one of the leading providers in New Zealand for hydraulic modelling services. We are seeking a degree qualified Civil Engineer with hydraulic modelling experience as well as experience with one or more of the industry standard modelling packages InfoWorks, DHI MikeUrban, H2OMap etc.). Experience in the use of Arc GIS is essential. This role will involve leading project teams undertaking network modelling for water, wastewater and stormwater systems along with the assessment and design of upgrading/improvement options. For this role you will require Project Management experience, exceptional customer skills, knowledge of hydraulics and engineering principles, strong contractual knowledge and good report writing skills. Additional responsibilities within the role would include technically leading junior modellers. Our client is offering the opportunity to work directly with the in house flow monitoring team to achieve optimum modelling outputs.
