Do you have experience as a Utilities co-ordinator within a civil engineering environment? Would you like to work on a large highways scheme in Anglia? then read on

My client is a tier one contractor looking for someone to join their team to fulfil the role of checking and issuing permits on their project this will be a standalone role but would also involve you checking permits from several deputy utility co-ordinators.

You will ideally have

experience of working with underground and overhead utilities
knowledge of utility owner systems and procedures
understanding utility drawings
understanding Company procedures
technical ability to use underground utility location equipment
understanding the dangers associated with underground utilities

You will have a current and valid CSCS card

Having either a SMSTS or NRSWA supervisor or IOSH Avoiding Underground Utility course would be beneficial.
