The Client:

My client is an independent project management and consultancy who offer a wide range of services to their clients, such as programme management, design management, employers agent and strategic workplace advice. They have been in the market for 30 years and take employee satisfaction seriously offering exceptional training and benefits.
Job Purpose:
This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to lead the successful construction delivery of a single project.

Example of responsibilities as follows:

• To assist in achieving the budgeted profit for the project
• To assist in sustaining the Company’s reputation with its existing client base
• To assist in providing leadership and direction so that all staff understand their role in delivering the project plan
• To ensure that all project works meet the targeted schedule
Experience Required:
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record in project management within a main contractor or Consultancy environment and astute commercial and technical skills, along with the enthusiasm and efficiency to make a positive contribution to our multi-disciplined, integrated project teams and to the wider business.

The ideal Project Manager will:

• Have a demonstrable track record in project management within a main contractor or consultancy environment;
• Have astute commercial and technical skills;
• Experience in new-build residential projects
• Have enthusiasm and efficiency to make a positive contribution to our multi-disciplined, integrated project teams and to the wider business;
• Have strong leadership and motivational skills to ensure that objectives are achieved;
• Good oral and written communication skills;
• A methodical, systematic and logical approach;
• Focus and drive to achieve targets, budgets and results;
• Degree or HNC level educated or Chartered in a relevant discipline would be desirable.
