Our client is a successful multi disciplined engineering consultancy with a wide and varied workload. They have an excellent reputation in the region and are now looking to make several key appointments.

They have a unique opportunity for a Graduate Structural Engineer with a keen interest in historic and listed buildings to become part of a talented team of Structural Engineers in their Cambridge office. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, able to work independently, and as part of a team and be enthusiastic to develop and progress further within the role/ company. Your duties will include structural engineering design, project management, co-ordination/ liaison with other professionals both internally and externally. You should possess a strong degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering (MEng/ MSc preferred) and have a keen interest in historic buildings. You should also be familiar with British Standards and Eurocodes and have a working knowledge of structural software (CADS 3D/ Tedds/ AutoCAD). A full clean UK driving licence is required for this position. This is a fantastic chance for a Graduate Structural Engineer to further their career and if successful will gain support to obtain chartered status along with a competitive salary and benefits package.

A generous salary will be offered which will be negotiable depending on experience / ability, but is likely to be in the region of £22-24,000 p.a.
