This employee owned civil and structural consultancy’s new London office is working on major high-rise projects in central London. They have recently been awarded a significant commission working on a fifty-storey skyscraper that will provide a mix of luxury residential and commercial office space. The scale and unusual geometric design of the building will require advanced and innovative structural engineering. This project and the award of several other notable projects means they are expanding, they now have an immediate opportunity for an intermediate level structural engineer. The successful candidate will have experience of designing in steel and concrete.  A 2:1 in civil or structural engineering, or above from a good university is essential. You should be a graduate member of the ICE or IStructE, or an equivalent body and be working towards achieving chartered status. The firm looks for individuals who bring creative flair and technical knowhow. There will be regular site and client visits, so good communication skills are essential. In return they offer an industry leading remuneration package and excellent experience.  As well as work in London they are busy in Dubai and Qatar and can offer postings to staff who are looking for international experience.
