Site Manager job for House Builder based in Bury St. Edmunds.

Your new company
Working as a Site Manager for an established house builder who are based in Bury St. Edmunds. The organisation have developments across Suffolk, Essex and Norfolk with the value of the residential units ranging from £100k up to £750k +.

Your new role
As a Site Manager you will be responsible for general running of the site, maintaining health & safety standards and organisation of the trades and labour teams. You will need to ensure that the sites are kept in schedule with delivery time-frame. Further duties include: site inductions, liaising with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers and surveyors.

What you'll need to succeed
In this Site Manager's position you will need to have relevant qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid. It is also essential that you have experience with new build residential works and have worked as a site manager on such sites.

What you'll get in return
The organisation will pay you an annual salary up to £50,000. Alongside the annual salary you will receive company benefits including a car allowance, pension contribution, annual holiday and private healthcare for employee and family.
