A hugely successful medium sized Scottish consultant engineering firm offering projects across the UK in a range of sectors. With repeat business from well established clients and a continuously growing order book this client has enjoyed a rapid rise to prominence in their short history.
Your new role
You will join the senior management team of the business, assisting in the management and delivery of your own projects. You will expected to lead and delegate to your technical team as well as taking a lead on design of these projects. You will be entrusted with a loyal client base of contractors, architects and developers and be expected to maintain the high standards they expect will be paramount to your role to ensure their business continues to come your way.
What you'll need to succeed
You will require experience at a senior engineer level or above within a consultant engineering firm to have an established skill set in staff management, tender proposals, project delivery, client liaison and a history of working within complex design situations. Professionally, it's a must that you have a number of years experience post-Chartership to either already be, or soon be able to become an SER Approved Certifier of Design.
