With a presence in multiple major cities across the UK, your new company are an innovative transport planning, infrastructure design and flood risk, hydrology and sustainable drainage consultancy that specialise in assisting the property development industry to maximise the commercial value of land and assets throughout the planning process. They have gained an excellent reputation for master planning and securing planning consents for both complex and challenging schemes. With a very promising order book and continued growth they are looking to appoint an Associate Director / Director to lead the engineering design team.

Your new role and what you'll need to succeed
You will need to be suitably experienced and preferably Chartered Engineer with a track record of managing a team in the delivery of engineering works in support of development schemes. This will typically be in the form of s278, s38 and s104 works as well as undertaking pre-planning preliminary design and feasibility of the same. You will be client facing and delivery focused, understanding the planning and commercial framework and implications that govern how their clients operate. Working with a team of 4 supporting Engineers at various grades, a proven background in project, financial and staff management is essential.
