The positions:

Our Civil & Structural Engineering teams currently have a wide variety of exciting projects across numerous sectors, including large scale infrastructure design work on utilities, educational, residential, commercial, retail, industrial and renewable energy projects.

Our projects currently include: earthworks design and 3D modelling; highways and road design; drainage design; flood risk assessments; project management and site supervision; foundation and superstructure design of numerous types of structure from wind turbine foundations to multistory student accommodation blocks.

Essential Criteria – All Roles

  • A relevant discipline qualification (minimum degree level for engineers).
  • For our Senior roles Chartership status or working towards Chartership.
  • Confidence to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Good communications skills and an ability to collaborate with a variety of colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to analyse problems, create innovative solutions and make sound decisions in a competitive and commercial environment.
  • Keen attention to detail and drive to keep learning.

Desirable criteria

Civil Engineer/Technician

  • Experience in the design/drawing preparation of drainage/road schemes.
  • Experience of working with Civils 3D/Microdrainage.
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of AutoCAD.

Structural Engineer/Technician

  • Experience in building structures and software for structural analysis and design.
  • Experience of working with REVIT.
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of reinforced concrete design and/or detailing.
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of AutoCAD.
