Your new role
Due to their ever expanding workload, your new company are looking for a Infrastructure Engineer with residential design experience to strengthen the already award winning team. You will be responsible for delivering technical support to the design of numerous infrastructure projects. This will include scheme development, preliminary and detailed designs and coordinating projects. Your day to day work will be in a design office environment but you could also play an active role in design and site meetings, site inspections and progress reporting.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have technical qualifications / experience along with relevant knowledge that you will have gained from a previous design office environment. Hence, excellent analysis and technical design skills in AutoCAD, WinDES and PDS (or equivalent design software packages such as Civil 3D) are essential along with an understanding of Section 104, 38 and 278 adoption procedures. It's an added bonus If you have experience working with developers, a knowledge of UK planning procedures or experience of providing technical support to secure planning approval.

What you'll get in return
This permanent position is offering a competitive salary of between £28,000 - £36,000 depending on your experience and current level, plus an excellent flexible benefits package. You will be entitled to 25 days holiday plus all bank holidays with an additional day accumulated every second year.
