This business are one of the leading international engineering consultancies with a large and long established office in Belfast. Their expert staff includes engineers, architects, designers, planners, scientists and management professionals and now serves clients in more than 10 countries worldwide. As a result of an increasing workload and a desire to establish a new team locally, they are now seeking to recruit an experienced CDM Coordinator to lead the team.

Your new role
As the Principal Health & Safety Consultant you will manage a range of projects and will be the main client contact for advice and support at all stages of the project life cycle. You will work alongside the Technical Director to build a team and continue to develop the client base. Responsibilities will include, carrying out the role of principal designer, providing consultancy services to clients, team management and preparation of bids and fee proposals

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you should be a degree qualified, Chartered Construction professional and hold a NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate and be able to display expert knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations and of all relevant Health and Safety legislation. You should have experience producing Health & Safety documents across a range of schemes in the commercial, health, residential and education sectors. Additionally you should be able to demonstrate the ability to both grow and manage a team.
