Associate EIA Consultant

Your new company
Your new organisation is a global multi-disciplinary consultancy with brand new offices based in a central part of the thriving East London area. The business has a range of clients from British Land and Crown Estates, to Westfield Group and Barratt Homes, amongst many others. With about 200 EIA specialists, the business is looking to grow this discipline that covers a range of services such as Town and Country Planning Application and Development Consent Orders.

Your new role
Your role at your new business will include managing and delivering the technical and financial aspects of EIA projects and you will be expected to manage and mentor consultants and junior staff as part of the role you undertake. You will produce key documentation such as Non-Technical Summaries and Environment Statement Chapters in addition to leading on key team and client meetings and briefs that lead to a successful outcome on project delivery.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a proven history of successfully delivering projects and managing accounts of key clients within your organisation. Your business development skills should have attached past results and you will have been involved in working on Urban Regeneration Projects in London and/or the South East. Your project experience should large-scale brownfield or greenfield development and/or tall buildings.
