Structural Engineer

Conrad Consulting is working on an exclusive basis with one of Edinburgh's long-standing engineering firms, as they look to appoint a Structural Engineer to their dynamic team.

Our client has 3 offices from which they deliver exciting projects throughout the UK within various markets including, but not limited to: commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare and education.

This position is described as "incredibly important" to the business as you will work directly beside an existing Director who will take responsibility for your future development, forming a key part of their long-term vision.

Requirements of the Structural Engineer:

* Degree qualified in Civil/Structural Engineering or similar
* Comfortable working autonomously but also as part of a team
* Enthusiastic nature with the ability to assist with training and motivating Graduate Engineers
* Experience carrying out structural design and analysis on a variety of projects
* Keen to achieve chartership if you haven't already
* Some commercial experience, such as fee proposals and budget planning etc, would be advantageous

On offer for the Structural Engineer:

£30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
