We are recruiting for a multi-national consulting engineer as they look to appoint a Civil Technician to their Edinburgh office.

Our client is willing to train and support you, permitting you have strong AutoCAD skills as a foundation, to work on exciting projects throughout the UK.

About our client:

Their centrally located office is extremely modern with open plan layout and amazing facilities.

Projects include Infrastructure Development covering building developments, onshore wind, offshore wind, biomass facilities, highways and local road networks.

You will work in a team of 10 alongside other Civil Technicians who form part of a multi-disciplinary office over 100 strong.

Skills/Experience:

• Minimum HNC/HND qualified (Civil Engineering or related)
• A high level of proficiency in AutoCAD, preferably relating to roads/drainage schemes
• Experience in the use of Civils 3D/PDS or WinDes would be advantageous
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills

On Offer for the Civil Technician:

£22,000 - £28,000
