£42k - £52k | Senior Civil Designer | Glasgow City Centre

An extremely successful and renowned multi-disciplinary Consultancy with offices all over the world. They are consistently involved in some of the most exciting and challenging Engineering projects on the globe. This consultancy pride themselves in delivering the very best services throughout the full project life cycle within the Infrastructure and Built Environment. They use the very latest cutting edge software to ensure they create the highest standards of designs with maximum efficiency. They are now looking for a Civil Infrastructure Engineer to join there thriving and growing team.


Your new role
In your new role, you will provide an appropriate level of civils design including surface and foul water drainage, levels, earthworks volumes and road alignments / pavement make-ups using key civil design packages such as Civil 3D and MicroDrainage. A large aspect of this role will involve representing the organisation at technical design meetings and collaborating with other professionals within the construction industry. Joining the Infrastructure you will be involved in a variety of exciting and challenging projects including Developer lead Commercial, Regeneration, Educational and Healthcare projects (both private and public sector), Renewable projects within the Power and Energy Sector and MOD projects within the Defence Sector


What you'll need to succeed
You will have a qualification in Civil Engineering. It is essential that you have experience in the use of MicroDrainage, Civil 3D and AutoCAD for the design of roads & drainage within various infrastructure developments. Ideally, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to work well within a team of professionals.


What you'll get in return
In return you will receive an extremely competitive salary of between £42000 - £52000 with a range of excellent benefits.
