We are seeking an experienced Civil and Structural Revit Technician for one of the leading consultancies in the North of England.

Demonstrable knowledge and experience of Revit is essential, along with AutoCAD packages, including LT. Experience of BIM Level 2 processes and protocols is desirable.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of all the common building materials and details, as well as exhibiting good interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with an enthusiasm for team and self development.

Preference will be given to candidates with a related B-TEC HNC qualification.

The role will involve the preparation of general arrangement and detail drawings under the guidance of our Engineers and the successful candidate will have the aptitude to quickly appraise themselves of and work within our established standards.

The ability to manage their time effectively and display initiative will be a further attribute of the successful candidate.

The projects at hand are structures related and range in value from a few hundred thousand pounds to over £100M. The work is varied and although there is a bias towards building projects, it also includes civil works and heavy foundations.
