Job Details
Mainstream Architectural practice based in Berkshire has a requirement for a Chartered Structural Engineer (up to Associate-grade) to join the business to set-up and head a new structural division.
Candidates will need to be Chartered with IStructE and/or ICE and must have good design and project-running skills and also have the ability to recruit, motivate and lead new team-members as they slowly expand the structural engineering division. Currently, the work is pushed out to locally-based consultancies however our client now wishes to bring in-house the structural design.
Current workload is a mixture of developer-led residential schemes, hotel developments, commercial office developments and other minor works in both new-build and refurbishment sectors with project values up to £40million.
Top base salary and benefits combined with the chance to work your way up to Director-level in the medium-term with an Architectural/Structural Engineering practice.
