Structural Engineer

Your new company
Do you want to work for a small engineering consultancy to help them deliver their next phase of growth? Founded just over 7 years ago, this business has grown year on year and now have a team of 11 people. Based in Lisburn and operating from a modern office this business have provided detailed design and project management services for schemes of all size and scale, recently providing structural engineering design for the £53m Grand Central Hotel Belfast. With the confidence that comes from a full order book for the next 2-years, and an extensive and loyal client base, they are now seeking to recruit a Structural Engineer.

Your new role
As a Structural Engineer in the business, you will report to the Structures Director and will have responsibility for providing detailed design of a wide variety of structures including housing, retail, hotels and commercial buildings to name a few. You will work alongside a growing team and will be supported at every stage as you progress, both through the business and your professional qualifications.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will be a degree qualified Structural Engineer with a minimum of 2-years post-graduate experience. You should have begun progressing towards chartered status with one of the professional bodies. You should have a diverse project portfolio that demonstrates familiarity with a wide variety of projects and all major construction materials.
