Your new company
Your new company is a nationally recognised multi-disciplinary consultancy, who recently celebrated their 90th anniversary. As one of Highways England's five Specialist Professional and Technical Services providers, your new company works alongside local authorities, the national government and developers on projects from housing developments to major highways works.
Your new role
Your new role will be as an Associate Highways Engineer, responsible for the design and preparation of technical reports on development and major highways projects. You will also be responsible for mentoring more junior members of staff in the technical delivery of projects, alongside within the preparation of bids.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have previous Highways Design experience at an Associate Level (or a minimum of 12 years' post-graduate experience), and ideally have previous experience working with local authority clients. You will have strong analytical and organisational skills, with experience in AutoCAD, Civils 3D and ideally WinDes/ MicroDrainage. You will also have achieved chartership and have an existing client base for business development.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a competitive salary, alongside 25 days' holiday (plus public holidays). You will also receive a 4% pension (rising to 6% over the age of 40), and a car allowance.
