A Structural Engineer with an interest in commercial building development and the motivation to work towards chartership.

A formal training agreement is offered, with dedicated mentors on hand to ensure you can obtain the necessary knowledge and experience for progression.

Projects:

Commercial - An extensive list of developments including luxury hotels up to 16 storeys and premium office space for blue chip organisations.

Arts - several museums (new build and refurb) as well as work on a national gallery.

Historic buildings - redevelopment of listed buildings into luxury residential units, smaller instructions to refurbish public buildings and even work on landmark monuments.

Education - work on several schools and colleges, including prestigious private schools in Scotland.

Healthcare - new build developments for healthcare centres, specialist medical units, research centres and more.

Sports - numerous facilities for private clients and public sector work for schools and community.

Requirements of the Structural Engineer:

• Ability to use structural design software
• Ability to work under minimal supervision but also as part of a project team
• Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Motivated to achieve chartership

On offer:

• £30,000 - £34,000 depending on experience
