The successful candidate will ideally have 5-10 years' experience in the field, and hold a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. A proven well-rounded experience of design work- using a range of construction materials, is what we're looking for. The applicant will ideally have a good working knowledge of Temporary Works Design to progress well within this Senior Engineer role.
Duties:
- Producing and presenting detailed design documents of construction materials (reinforced concrete, steelwork, masonry, timber building structures and glass)
- Regularly writing letters and reports
- Carrying out site inspections and surveys
- Be proficient in Temporary Works Design
- Designing structural steelwork connections
