Senior Estimator

Your new role
You will produce/manage accurate and comprehensive estimates for large or complex projects or programmes in a timely manner with limited supervision ensuring the estimating process is controlled at project level. Your main responsibility will be to support the procurement team with tender and/or contract price analyses and reference to baseline and revised estimates whilst supporting the commercial team with unit cost modelling, cost analysis feedback for final account and contract scope proposed change analysis with preparation of project close out analysis.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a qualification in Estimating or Quantity Surveying with varied experience of large and complex construction projects. You'll have a great understanding of planning, project management, risk and investment processes working in a commercial environment. Your experience of user IT systems and tools (Cost Os, RIB Construction Suite, Candy or equivalent) ideally will be demonstrable through relevant experience.
