If you are driven, passionate, and want to develop your structural engineering knowledge- you'll need to possess the following qualities:

• Good analytical skills
• Excellent teamworking skills
• A keen interest for in the design/structure of buildings
• Excellent attention to detail
• A degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Ideally have a minimum of 1-year experience within the industry
