We are working with a global firm who have a requirement in their Cambridge office for an ambitious, dynamic individual to help lead their buildings structures team.

You will join a high profile name in the industry, who can boast international schemes and a first class reputation.

As an Associate Director you will have experience of heading a team, being responsible for resourcing, mentoring and ongoing training. Your CV will demonstrate a background of delivering technically challenging schemes and up to date knowledge of standards and codes.

Other requirements:

• Chartered MIStructE/MICE with a Degree in civil or structural engineering

• You will have an engaging personality, as you will represent our client at site meetings, making presentations and submitting tenders.
• Your role will require you to be responsible for adequate resourcing in your team, ensuring ongoing training and mentoring where needed.
• A skilled technical engineer who has the ability to make the necessary input at each stage of the project.
• You will adopt a professional approach and possess strong business acumen.
• with excellent client relationship skills, able to retain and win new business.
