Contract Structural Technician

We are looking for a Contract Structural Technician with experience working on building structures projects to join our client in Paisley.

You MUST have the ability to work under minimal supervision.

Out client would be described as a small privately-owned practice who generally deliver on projects ranging from £10k to £1M in construction value.

They require a Structural Technician to join them on a contract basis due to a peak in workload in recent weeks which runs well into the later part of 2019.

Current projects include small domestic alternations to refurbishment and redevelopment of commercial space.

Requirements:

• You should currently be working as a Structural Technician within the UK buildings market
• Have strong AutoCAD proficiency
• Be comfortable working independently
• You should have exposure to a variety of building materials such as timber, steel and concrete

On offer:

• Long term contract
• £20 - £26 per hour, depending on experience
• Office parking space
