Senior Structural Revit Technician job in Bristol City Centre with award-winning multi discipline consultancy


Your new company
Your new company is a multi-disciplinary engineering and management consultancy operating from a network of three offices in the UK. The structural engineering team delivers a whole range of projects across all sectors; designing new structures using innovative techniques and materials, and refurbishing and restoring existing structures. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will work alongside other disciplines throughout a project's lifecycle, from first briefing to client handover.

Your new role & what you'll need to succeed
In your new role you will be working with multi-disciplinary exposure on both small projects and large scale landmark projects across varying sectors of building structures. You will have demonstrable experience within all sectors of building structures, and a background in delivery using BIM / CAD Engineering. An HNC / HND in Civil or Structural Engineering and membership of IEng is preferred but not essential. You must be highly proficient within AutoCAD and RC detailing and capable of detailing in concrete, steel, timber and masonry. You will use your skills in producing accurate technical engineering drawings in a variety of materials. You must be able to draw on experience in order to anticipate areas that need further information or development in order to develop appropriately illustrated details. As a member of a growing team you should also enjoy the opportunity to mentor and develop more junior members of the team. You will also communicate directly with engineers, architects, the wider design team and contractors.
