Civils Team Leader

We are working with an award winning consultancy who have a national representation across all engineering disciplines. They have an exciting opportunity for a Chartered civil engineer to head a busy and expanding team based in their London office.

The successful candidate will aim to develop and expand the civil engineer services on offer across the firm and you will, therefore, be required to travel between offices.

About you:

• Current at Associate level or above
• Proven track record of leading teams
• Business Development experience
• Proactive approach to your work providing technical support
• Experience preparing bid proposals
• History of successful project delivery

Technical knowledge:

• Extensive experience in highways and pavement design
• Experience in foul and surface water drainage including SuDS
• Experience preparing Drainage and Flood Risk Strategies
• Excellent knowledge of relevant design standards and codes of practice
• Extensive experience in negotiation of Sectional Agreements including 104, 38 and 278
