Do you want to work for one of the leading multi-disciplinary practises in Yorkshire?
Our client have an exciting opportunity for an experienced technician to join their civil and structural team in York.
This purpose of this role is to support the senior team and engineering graduates through drawing preparation, assisting with design detailing and carrying out site surveys and inspections. The work undertaken by the team is highly varied and includes new build, refurbishment and the heritage sector.
It would be preferable for applicants to have undertaken an OND/HND in Civil Engineering.
The following skills are essential to this role:
·AutoCAD expertise
·Revit experience
·Understanding of general building construction
·Structural steelwork, reinforced concrete, timber and masonry details
·RC detailing
·Access roads, external works and underground drainage
