If you are working as a Graduate Structural Engineer and struggling to progress towards chartership then this is the ultimate opportunity for you!

Conrad Consulting is supporting a 50 strong consulting engineer in Glasgow to appoint a Structural Engineer to their approved training scheme and progress towards CEng.

They have an outstanding training facility and can offer you projects from EVERY market imaginable giving you the fundamentals required to achieve your accolade with the IStructE or ICE at the first time of asking! A Chartered Structural Engineer will be appointed as a mentor.

Requirements of the Structural Engineer:

  • You should be degree qualified in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering (MEng is preferential but not essential)
  • Proven track record delivering structural solutions to mainstream markets such as commercial healthcare, residential, retail etc.
  • Strong understanding of structural forms and common construction materials.
  • Beyond your technical experience you should be motivated, professional, adaptable with a genuine passion for the built environment.

Joining as a Structural Engineer you can expect:

A starting salary of £26,000 - £34,000 depending on the breadth of your experience

Benefits include 5% pension, healthcare, life assurance and more.
