Associate Director- Structures

An exciting new Associate Director position available with our leading engineering consultancy client


Hays Civil & Structural Engineer are currently working with a large engineering consultancy who are looking to add to their team with the addition of a new Associate Director.

Our client have an enviable reputation within the civil/structural engineering industry for designing and delivering large scale projects across various sectors and have undergone significant growth over the past few years.

For this position, the successful candidate will be expected to take a lead role in managing one of their busy and experienced structural engineering teams of 15 staff, as well as playing a key part in developing new business and growing the team.

Ideally chartered with IStructE or ICE, you will have a proven track record of designing and managing projects through to completion, preferably within large industrial, manufacturing and rail sectors, although all project experience will be consider if backed up by strong technical capabilities.
