Transport Planner

Our client is a multidisciplinary consultancy who, due to an expanding workload, have made a position available for a Transport Planner to join their Hemel Hempstead civil engineering team on a full-time permanent basis.

Requirements of the Transport Planner:

* Minimum 4 years' experience in a Transport Planning environment

* Relevant bachelor's degree in Transport Planning, Geography, Civil Engineering or similar
* Ideally a Master's degree, although not essential

* Knowledge of strategic planning

* Demonstrable experience in ARCADY/PICADY/LINSIG

* Chartered membership of CIHT, ICE, CILT or TPS

* Experience in pre-planning e.g. FRA, Drainage and Utility statements would be an advantage.
