Job Details
This independently owned consulting practice has a reputation for technical excellence. Their Leeds office is working on complex projects in collaboration with highly regarded architects and major developers. They have secured major new commissions and their workload is steadily growing. They are looking for a building structures engineer who is ready to take on a senior role that will prepare the way to further progression to associate.
You will ideally be a chartered civil or structural engineer with several years design consultancy experience. Supported by the head of structures your role will have a client facing and project delivery focus. The position will enable you to gain invaluable commercial and management experience. Your duties will include concept design, fee negotiation, client liaison, preparing specifications and resource planning. Their project workload includes major re-development schemes and they are working alongside leading architects and developers.
