Structural CAD/Revit Technician

We are working with an established multidisciplinary engineering practice who are known within the industry for their innovative & sustainable approach to engineering. They are currently looking to employ a Structural CAD Technician with excellent Revit skills to join them on a full-time permanent basis. The successful Structural Technician will be taking on a diverse role which will include client liaison, contract implementation and liaising with various industry professionals & project teams whilst working on a range of exciting public & private sector projects including both new build & refurbishment.

Projects: Industrial, Healthcare, Residential, Educational, Leisure and more, ranging in value up to >£30M.

Location: - Cambridge

Requirements:

* Have experience with GA detailing of Reinforced Concrete, Foundation Design, Piling Layouts, Structural Steelwork and other types of construction materials,
* Carry out site visits and offer support to teams in other offices when necessary,
* Experience using Revit is essential,
* Have excellent communication skills both written & verbal, with the ability to represent the project team & company in a confident manner when meeting with clients & outside organisations,
* Manage your own workload efficiently.
