Our client is seeking high calibre candidates for their Senior Structural Engineer role in Norwich. Candidates will have at least 5 years' experience, primarily on buildings structures projects, with associated infrastructure works experience being an advantage.

Projects include: Schools, Universities, Modular Structures

This role will involve nurturing long lasting client relationships and the successful candidate will be focused on high quality service delivery. Effective and clear communication skills are therefore essential.

Requirements of the Senior Structural Engineer:

* Relevant degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
* Minimum of 5 years' experience within a UK-based consultancy
* A good working knowledge of British Standards as well as Eurocodes
* Experience working with steel, concrete, timber and masonry
* Ideally, your experience will have revolved around commercial and/or industrial buildings

An in-depth knowledge of the building process is vital as the successful Senior Structural engineer will work on schemes the construction from concept to completion.

Excellent communication skills are therefore a must, as you will be going out to meet clients, attend site meetings and dealing with other teams.
