Design Coordinator

We are working with a multi-disciplinary consultancy who are seeking a Design Coordinator to assist them with a project based in Malta.

Requirements:

• Responsibility for coordinating projects to ensure they are successfully delivered on time,
• Work alongside the architect to shadow them and their project team,
• Coordinate their Consultants MEP, Fire strategy and Structural Designs with their Architectural Layouts, possibly to Schematic Design stage,
• Take ownership of the designs and act as an accredited checker to assist in assessing Consultants' design solutions particularly with regards to critical disciplines such as MEP, Fire strategy, way finding, Structural and Façade engineering;
