Senior Structural Technician

We have taken in an exciting vacancy for a Senior Structural Technician to join one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis in their Central London office. We are looking to speak with skilled candidates with a minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Structural Technician within a UK consultancy environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have first rate AutoCAD skills and experience with Revit / BIM. This role involves leading a team, therefore you will need to be a confident individual who is able to mentor junior Technicians. You will need to have excellent communication skills (both written & verbal), an approachable nature and the ability to manage not only your own workload, but the workload of others (directing & delegating appropriately).

You will be responsible for growing your team as workload expands which will involve assisting in the recruitment process of both permanent and contract staff, and a key factor is ensuring continued Revit software development within the firm making sure all new staff are trained in the software. You must come from a building structures background and be confident in liaising with clients, architects and service consultants at all levels.
