Surveyor required for permanent job in Sussex


Your new company
Working for a busy local glazing sub-contractor who are currently recruiting for a Surveyor to add to their small friendly team. The company operate in the Sussex area on both domestic and commercial projects. They have long standing business relationships with many of the local building contractors and also a loyal local trade base. They are specialists in Double glazing; conservatories; windows; rooflights; doors etc.

Your new role
The company are looking to recruit a Surveyor to join the team. You will be responsible for visiting sites/houses and taking the final check measurements prior to the install teams arriving. The work is varied and interesting and may include projects in domestic houses; schools; public buildings; construction sites etc.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need an understanding of the glazing profession and ideally have experience of being a fitter. You will have attention to detail and be able to take accurate be-spoke measurements. The role will suit either a fitter looking to take the next step and be trained in the Surveying side, or an experienced Surveyor.

• Salary of £25k to £30k per annum (experience dependant)

• 28 days holiday (made up of 20 days holiday + 8 days Bank holidays)

• Working hours 8am - 5pm
