Structural Engineer (Temporary Works)
Are you an ambitious Structural Engineer with the desire to work for a consultancy free of all corporate characteristics; where you can become an integral member of a close-knit team.
Conrad Consulting are working closely with a London based consultancy who are looking to recruit a Structural Engineer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. They are willing to consider the applications of fresh graduates as well as those with up to 5 years' post-graduation experience.
This firm specialises in temporary works design - if temporary works is an area of particular interest to you, then this would be a great place to learn from their in-house specialists.
They recognise BIM as being an important tool within the industry and are using both AutoCAD & Revit on their live projects - those with an awareness of BIM and experience using both softwares will be at a distinct advantage, however training will be offered where necessary.
- Hold a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering,
- Hold a full valid driver's licence,
- A strong willingness to learn new skills,
- An interest in temporary works design,
- An interest in BIM.
Ideally the successful Structural Engineer will be chartered, or at least working towards this. However, with a robust and well-established ICE accredited training scheme in place, support and encouragements is granted to staff who wish to gain professional status including chartership.
