A global award winning and multi-disciplinary design consultancy is seeking a Principal or Senior Structural Engineer to join their sports structures design team in London. The role will be working on major projects of a challenging and exciting nature with top name clients and architects, incorporating major transport interchanges and grandstands.

You should have experience in architectural and large scale steelwork structures and connection deign. You should also have experience with sports related buildings and most likely be from a fabrication/production of major steel work background.

Your responsibilities will include undertaking structural engineering projects, performing analyses and calculations as appropriate. Developing steelwork details including general arrangements and full connections design. You will also be supervising work, ensuring that it is carried out to the highest standard.

You will be Chartered MIStructE and have specific experience in the design and detailing of large scale and complex steel work including connection design.
