Chartered / Experienced Geo-Technical Engineer

Your new company
You will be working for a privately owned geo-technical and geo-environmental engineering consultancy covering a large geographical region in the South West. You'll work with a range of clients including local authorities, health trusts, housing associations, building contractors, national house builders providing an economic and holistic consultancy tailored to your client's needs


Your new role
You will specifically deal with contaminated land risk assessment, including Hydro-geological Risk Assessment and Waste. Working as part of a wider team, your duties will include assessing your client' requirements, supervising ground investigations (trial Pits, Boreholes, CPT, In-situ testing etc), scheduling testing and drafting reports. You will need to be a strong communicator as a large part of your role will be liaising with local authorities, the Environment Agency, clients, contractors and other consultants. .


What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years engineer experience
• BSc degree essential

• Chartered Engineer (ICE or equivalent)
• MSc / PhD
