Hays Civil & Structural Engineering are currently working with a busy Civil & Structural consultancy who, following rapid expansion of their business of recent years, are looking to appoint an Associate Director to lead their structures team.

Our client work for various clients across the country providing designs for foundations, super-structures etc in reinforced concrete, steel, masonry and timber, including calculations, construction detail drawings and reports and so are looking for an experienced Structural Engineer who a strong design background who can lead the team and projects on a day to day basis.

With a background in design project management, co-ordination and client liaison, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with engineers and other technicians to deliver multiple project designs, undertaking business development with existing clients and creating new contacts/opportunities, implementing high design standards and delivering BIM solutions to projects.

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified, Chartered or Incorporated with IStructE or ICE, have good command of industry standard software such as Tedds and be competent in wide variety of structural design schemes, so if you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
