Civil Engineer - Highways & Drainage

Civil Engineer working for a well established consultancy based in Manchester City Centre.



Your new company
Your new company is an established consultancy based in Yorkshire, who have recently expanded and opened a central office in Manchester. With excellent direction from the top, they work on a range of complex civil and structural projects including residential , commercial and industrial. Due to continued success they are looking for civil engineers to join their Manchester office.

Your new role
In your new role you will be working within a dynamic team who have a number of years experience. You will with senior engineers work on complex highways and drainage schemes for commercial, industrial and residential developments. Within these projects you will use design software such as Mirco drainage, PDS and AutoCAD.As the role grows and develops also get involved with business development and management.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to come from a strong civil engineering background, having worked on similar developments. You need to have knowledge of section 38 & 278 and section 104 design work and be confident using Micro drainage , civils 3D or PDS. This role will suit an ambitious character who is excited by challenges. You need to have UK experience and ideally have a mix of project work.
