You've been designing roads and drainage on residential and commercial developments for a couple of years now. You're looking for a more collaborative approach to project delivery, as opposed to being stuck, lost in a big consultancy with little or no career progression.

Here, you'll progress immediately, having more autonomy on projects, but still having that valued input from supportive directors, Senior Civil Engineers and CAD Technicians to ensure that infrastructure projects are delivered to the client the way they should be - timely and on budget, something you're keen to adhere to as a Civil Engineer.

You'll receive, as the new Civil Engineer:

* Salary up to £40,000 per annum
* Bonus paid twice a year
* 23 days holiday, rising with service

You'll use your existing knowledge of Microdrainage, AutoCAD and either Civil 3D or PDS, as well as your background in commercial or residential SuDS design to work with leading developers including Taylor Wimpey, Barratt Homes, Persimmon and Bovis to name a handful.
