Job Details
We are working with a long established house building company to help them find a Graduate Structural Engineer.
Specialising in the design and manufacture of high quality, precision engineered and sustainable homes our client has an excellent reputation and due to an increased workload, an opportunity has been created for an ambitious Graduate Structural Engineer to join their structures team.
The successful candidate will be required to design and develop engineering solutions for new and site based products as directed by the Head of Engineering.
Requirements:
- MEng or MSc in Structural engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Civil Engineering essential,
- Must be a member of an appropriate professional body (MICE or MIStructE),
- 0-1 years' post graduation work experience,
- Skilled at using 3D modelling and 2D drafting packages,
- Ability to liaise with professionals from other disciplines,
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills,
- Meticulous attention to detail with the superb organizational skills,
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
