Your Flood Risk skills and expertise aren't restricted to the larger consultancies. Here, you can join forces with an independent practice, who have some serious growth ambitions for their Flood Risk team in either Bristol or Cheltenham, gaining more autonomy in your work and a greater sense of freedom.

You're a Senior (or above) Flood Risk modeller or manager looking for that next step forward. Here, you'll step into a Principal or Associate-level role with the responsibilities and rewards lacking from your current role.

You'll use your expert knowledge of Flood Risk Assessments and Flood Modelling, ideally using TUFLOW to deliver a high quality service to clients - something you can take pride in as well as being rewarded for with an excellent salary and benefits package.

You'll receive:

* A starting salary of up to £55,000 per annum
* Bonus paid twice per year
* 7% employer pension contribution
* Flexible working hours and remote working

You'll also use your valuable knowledge of SuDS design to deliver projects across a range of sectors from large-scale residential, to retail/leisure and sports stadia, so there is a good diversity in the project portfolio for you to really get stuck in and progress.
