Structural Technician wanted by cutting edge dynamic structural consultancy. They have recently relocated to lovely brand new office space a short walk from Wimbledon station.

The suitable candidate will have a few years experience in a similar role and will be proficient with the use of AutoCAD and Revit for structural drawings in relation to buildings design projects.

The firm is a medium sized practice, having less than 20 staff; very busy and in the process of expanding. They work on the design of commercial, residential and education buildings, both new build construction and refurbishment. Their projects range in value, with an average of 10-15 million, however, the company have recently secured a huge project with a value of 120 million!

The use of 3D analysis tools and 3D modelling are adopted as standard for complex problem solving to ensure even the most bespoke structures can be documented in the best possible way to simplify the construction phase.

The office is a modern and pleasant environment in a sought after location close to shops, restaurants, tram and rail. Regular staff social events are arranged, such as trips away and days out, and they even have a BBQ area on the office balcony. Staff retention is excellent here, which is hardly a surprise!

Additionally, this position comes with a range of benefits, on top of a competitive salary, including 25 days annual Leave, company pension scheme and a subsidised gym membership!

Suitable candidates, please apply with your CV.
