Are you looking to progress with your career? Are you a Senior Engineer that is looking for the next step up?
One of our favourite clients in Leeds is looking for a Principal Civil engineer with the ability to lead an infrastructure team.
We are looking for a motivated and confident engineer who has a strong background in the design and maintenance of major developments and highway infrastructure.
In this key role you will be responsible for managing and developing both internal and external client relationships.
You will be leading teams to assist with consultancy guidance, feasibility, outline, and detailed design referencing manual for streets, sewer for adoption, design manual for roads and bridges, specification for highways works and building regulations guidance.
You will have involvement in the recruitment, retention and management of staff and in the coaching and mentoring of more junior members of the team.
About you
Ideally you will be Chartered (or near Chartered)
You would also be experienced in the use of AutoCAD, PDS Site Developer / Civil 3D, XP Solutions suite, Micro-drainage, MS Project or similar, TEDDS, and other industry recognised software.
You will have experience of managing, coaching and mentoring.
Preferably a Masters in Civil Engineering
